Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Junior Artiste Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support artistes in managing their professional commitments, identifying commercial opportunities and executing strategies that contribute to their career growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day artiste relationships, communication and professional requirements.
• Identify opportunities across live performances, brand collaborations, commissioned projects and other revenue streams.
• Coordinate artiste bookings, commercial discussions, contracts and internal approvals.
• Oversee scheduling, meetings, shoots, travel arrangements and event logistics.
• Support the development and execution of artiste career strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, clients, event organisers and industry stakeholders.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of artiste commitments.
• Maintain regular reports and updates on artiste activities and business opportunities.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all artiste-related matters. Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Artiste Management or Talent Management.
• Robust verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good understanding of the Indian entertainment and music industry.
• Excellent relationship management, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work flexible hours based on artiste and business requirements. Preferred

Skills:
Social media understanding, market research, competition analysis and data management.
