- Supertalks (SK Digital Media Pvt. Ltd.) is a podcast and video content brand that brings long-form conversations on Indian history, culture, spirituality, science, and ideas to a wide audience. We’re looking for a DOP to lead the look and feel of everything we shoot. What you’ll do
• Plan and run multi-camera podcast shoots in our studio, covering lighting, framing, and camera setup
• Make sure every episode looks consistent, clean, and cinematic
• Shoot B-roll, BTS, and short-form content for Instagram reels, YouTube Shorts, and promos
• Set up and maintain cameras, lenses, lights, and audio gear, and keep the studio shoot-ready
• Coordinate with the editor so footage is well organised and easy to edit
• Suggest improvements to set design, lighting, and visual style as the channel grows
• Handle occasional outdoor or on-location shoots What we’re looking for




• 2+ years of experience as a DOP or cinematographer, ideally in podcasts, YouTube, interviews, or ads
• Strong hands-on skill with cinema or mirrorless cameras (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or similar)
• Solid understanding of interview and studio lighting
• Experience with multi-camera setups
• A portfolio or showreel we can review
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small, quick-moving team
• Basic editing or colour grading knowledge is a plus Why join us
