Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educational Counsellor role based in Pune City. The Educational Counsellor will guide students interested in studying online coursesand other programs abroad and india helping them understand admission processes, eligibility criteria, and university options. Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, responding to student and parent inquiries, assisting with documentation and application procedures, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress. The role also involves coordinating with universities and internal teams, organizing information sessions or seminars,



and ensuring timely follow-up with prospective students. The counsellor is expected to uphold professional standards, provide unbiased advice, and contribute to meeting team and organizational targets. Qualifications
• Robust student counseling and advisory skills, including the ability to explain complex admission and visa processes clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
• Good organizational and documentation abilities, including attention to detail in handling applications and records.
• Basic understanding of education systems, particularly online courses UG/PG courses education pathways, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfort with using computers, online research tools, and standard office software for data entry and communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, meet deadlines, and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Commerce, Arts, or related fields preferred).
• Prior experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
