Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an AI Governance Qualified Trainer. In this position, you will design and deliver online training sessions on AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management to learners across different geographies. You will develop course materials, including presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments, and keep content up to date with emerging regulations and best practices. The role includes mentoring students, answering questions, providing feedback, and supporting interview preparation for AI-related roles. You will collaborate with the Thinkcloudly team to refine curricula, improve learner experience,



and ensure training quality and consistency. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of AI governance, including AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, or data science concepts, and familiarity with industry use cases and associated risks.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical or professional training, with skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and online facilitation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse, global audiences.
• Comfort with remote teaching tools and learning platforms, and the ability to manage part-time schedules across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Law, Public Policy, or related discipline); advanced degree or relevant certifications in AI, governance, or compliance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in industry AI governance, risk management, or regulatory roles, or in an academic/teaching environment is highly beneficial.
