Role Description This is an urgent hiring for a Python Trainer position offered as a contract, on-site role based in Mysore. The Python Trainer will design and deliver structured training programs in Python, including core concepts, object-oriented programming, libraries, frameworks, and best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, organizing hands-on coding exercises and projects, and assessing participant progress through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training content with industry standards, provide mentoring and support to learners, and update curricula based on emerging tools and trends.



The role also involves maintaining training documentation, offering feedback for continuous improvement, and ensuring a professional, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills, including core syntax, OOP, error handling, standard libraries, and familiarity with popular frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Candidates should possess skills in data handling and analysis with Python, such as working with pandas, NumPy, data visualization tools, and basic scripting for automation.
• Candidates should possess training and facilitation skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear verbal and written communication, the ability to explain complex concepts simply, and effective interpersonal skills.
• Candidates should possess general technical proficiency, such as experience with IDEs, version control (Git), basic software development workflows, and familiarity with related technologies (e.g., databases, APIs).
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience are beneficial.
• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or corporate faculty in Python or software development, along with any recognized certifications in Python or teaching, will be considered an advantage.
