Job Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our sales team. The selected candidates will connect with prospective students, understand their educational and career goals, recommend suitable online degree programs, and guide them through the admission process. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales, business development, and the education industry. Training and guidance will be provided to help candidates understand our programs and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.
• Explain online degree programs, university options, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Build strong relationships with students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
• Assist students with documentation, application submission, and admission-related formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions in the company's CRM or tracking system.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
• Stay updated on university programs, admission policies, and education trends. Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers and candidates with prior sales or telecalling experience can apply.
• Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.
• Confidence in communicating with prospective students and explaining course details.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and manage follow-ups consistently.
