About the Role
Executive Assistant for sales and marketing role, acts as core operational anchor for the sales leadership team to grow Individually Managed Accounts (IMA) business. This role goes beyond basic secretaryship – it requires managing high activity sales pipelines, seeking and coordinating investor meetings, tracking sales metrics, proficiency in updating social media content and ensuring seamless communication across internal departments. Key Responsibilities
• Client Connect
- Coordinates meetings, follow-ups and communication with clients including Family offices, promoters, and wealthy individuals.
• Collateral Management: Prepares pitch materials, and PPT Presentations.
• MIS & Reporting : Prepares regular reports on AUM, gives leadership accurate dashboards for business reviews. Tracks client meetings , Sales pipeline, meeting follow-ups and key action items from internal sales calls.
• Database Management Maintains Pipeline of prospective clients, up-to-date records for contact details etc. Captures recent leads and keeps all client data confidential.
• Event Management:



Plans and runs investor meet and webinars from start to finish. Handles logistics and post-event lead follow-up.
• Social Media Management: Prepare and posts Fund insights on LinkedIn, Twitter/X and other platforms. Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development in financial services. Experience in wealth management, PMS, AIF, or investment products will be preferred.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft office, excel and PPT, familiarity with CRM platforms and other social media platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, that adds professionalism while interacting with individual client and family office teams.
