Role Description The Senior Operations Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on maintaining and optimizing Flyer’s production trading infrastructure and operational platforms. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring high availability and reliability of cloud-native services supporting multi-asset trading workflows. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve technical issues, implement operational best practices, and support clients and partners in their day-to-day use of Flyer’s platform. Responsibilities include managing Linux and Windows environments, improving automation and observability, documenting operational procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of deployment, monitoring, and incident response processes.



The role requires proactive ownership of critical systems and effective communication with stakeholders across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and proven troubleshooting abilities to diagnose complex issues across distributed systems and trading workflows.
• Candidates should possess customer service and stakeholder management skills to support internal teams and external clients with clear, timely communication and issue resolution.
• Candidates should possess hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, including scripting, configuration, and system administration in production environments.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), monitoring and logging tools, and automation frameworks (such as CI/CD pipelines).
• Relevant experience in financial services, trading systems, or mission-critical SaaS platforms is beneficial, along with knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• The ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, participate in on-call rotations,



and collaborate in a fast-paced environment is required. Tech Stack and Tools:
