We are building the technology layer for the rapidly growing creator economy, helping marketing teams move from fragmented, manual influencer marketing processes to a more intelligent, data-driven way of planning and executing creator programs. The Role We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience, including hands-on hiring for product-based or SaaS companies. You will own recruitment for key roles across Product Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and other specialised teams. You will partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, source relevant candidates, and manage hiring from initial outreach through joining. What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end hiring for Product Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing and other specialised Product or Technology roles, from sourcing through joining.




• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, evaluate candidate fit and keep hiring decisions moving.
• Map relevant product and SaaS companies, identify talent pools and proactively build pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals and professional networks, including passive talent.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage feedback and offers, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and report on pipeline progress, time to hire, offer acceptance and bottlenecks to improve turnaround time. What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with hands-on exposure to hiring for product-based, SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience closing roles such as Product Sales, Enterprise SaaS Sales, Product Management or Product Marketing.
• Strong independent sourcing and talent-mapping skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and passive-candidate outreach.
• Ability to manage recruitment end to end, work closely with hiring managers and handle multiple priorities with transparent communication and ownership.
