You’ll lead AI/ML backend development and technical project management: building AI models, managing software solutions (inhouse or via outsourced partners), and ensuring timely software and service renewals.

Key Responsibilities
Include
• AI/ML Development & Customization: Develop and update AI to align with the actual requirements of PlanetRead.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation:



Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and other documentation. Skills And Competencies
• Robust understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformers, ASRs, Python, Backend Development (FastAPI) principles
• Solid understanding of RNN, Encoder & Decoder frameworks, Transformer architecture, and Speech Recognition.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
