Role Description The Business Head will lead MedrinZ BIO’s overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives in alignment with the company’s vision in deep-medtech and orthopedic implants. This full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves driving market expansion, building strategic partnerships, overseeing sales and marketing plans, and managing key customer relationships in India and abroad. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience in setting business direction, managing P&L;, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in business development and partnership management,



including market expansion, key account management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in sales and marketing within healthcare, medtech, or related industries, with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies and positioning.
• Knowledge of biomedical, medical devices, or orthopedic implant markets, including regulatory frameworks, quality standards, and global benchmarking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clinicians, industry partners, and investors.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including comfort with data-driven decision-making, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced startup environment, collaborate with R&D; teams, and adapt to evolving priorities.
