The Executive will work closely with management and department heads to streamline HR processes, support workforce development,

• ?? ??????????: Experience in end-to-end human resource management and HR operations.
• ???? ??????????: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, personal care, or FMCG.
• ?? ??????????: Proficiency in employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
• ???????? ?????????: Strong skills in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
• ?? ????????: Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• ??????????? ?????????????: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• ????????? ??????????: Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
• ?? ??????????: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software, MS Office, and HR reporting.
• ??? ?????????????: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation and audit processes is an added advantage.
• ????????????? & ????????????: Robust interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
