Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Batch Owner – Tamil (Commerce). The mentor will provide one-on-one guidance and support to students and achieve their learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one guidance and academic support to students in Accounting and Commerce.
• Set learning goals and help students achieve their learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and performance.
• Motivate students and support them throughout their learning journey.
• Monitor student progress and report any concerns to management.
• Maintain effective communication with students and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive learning experience.

Qualifications:




• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Robust subject knowledge in Accounting and Commerce.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Tamil
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to understand students' needs and work collaboratively.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Immediate joining is required.
