Role Descriptions: "We are seeking a highly motivated ASIC Design and QA Flows Engineer (Contractor) to support the development| deployment| validation| and continuous improvement of ASIC design and quality assurance flows. The engineer will work closely with Design| Verification| DFT| CAD| Physical Design| and Program teams to ensure high-quality design deliverables and efficient execution of ASIC programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ASIC design methodologies| automation| flow development| design quality checks| and EDA tool environments. Key ResponsibilitiesASIC Design Flow Support Support and maintain ASIC design flows across the development lifecycle| including:o RTL integrationo Lint and CDC analysiso DFT insertion flowso Synthesis and netlist generationo LEC/Formality verificationo Design handoff preparation Execute and debug design flow regressions. Assist in deployment and validation of new ASIC methodologies and process improvements. Collaborate with design teams to identify and resolve flow-related issues.QA and Flow Validation Develop and execute quality assurance plans for ASIC design flows. Validate flow releases across multiple projects and technology nodes. Perform flow qualification and acceptance testing before production deployment. Create and maintain automated regression suites for flow health monitoring. Analyze failures and drive root-cause and Infrastructure Development Develop automation scripts using Python| Perl| Tcl| Shell| or similar languages. Build dashboards| reporting mechanisms| and quality metrics. Automate design quality checks and signoff readiness assessments.



Improve flow usability| robustness| scalability| and Quality and Signoff Support Run and review:o Linto CDC/RDCo DFT quality checkso Synthesis QoR analysiso Formality/LEC checks Develop and maintain design sanity-check frameworks. Track quality metrics and identify trends impacting schedule or silicon quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with:o ASIC Design Engineerso Verification Teamso DFT Teamso Physical Design Teamso CAD Methodology Teams Participate in technical reviews and flow deployment activities. Provide support during key project milestones and tapeout readiness reviews. Documentation and Training Create and maintain flow documentation| user guides| and best-practice recommendations.
