Requirements

We are looking for a skilled Cyber Ark Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and PAM solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Cyber Ark implementations, privileged account onboarding, platform integrations, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in the implementation and support of large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

- Perform advanced troubleshooting and debugging of Cyber Ark-related issues, coordinating with technology vendors when required.

- Assist in requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and technical documentation for IAM/PAM implementations.

- Configure, customize, and develop integrations between Cyber Ark and various enterprise platforms.





- Support the complete project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

- Integrate Cyber Ark with Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.

- Perform privileged account onboarding and management across multiple platforms.

- Create and manage Cyber Ark Safes, platforms, and Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies.

- Configure password management, password rotation, and redistribution policies.

- Perform health checks and monitor Cyber Ark components to ensure system availability and reliability.

- Develop and maintain Privileged Session Manager (PSM) auto-detection scripts and CPM connectors.

- Support Cyber Ark Disaster Recovery (DR) activities and utilize Cyber Ark DNA for account discovery and assessment.

- Work with Cyber Ark components and utilities, including PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, and Password Upload Utility.

- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and reusable implementation practices.

- Ensure compliance with project delivery standards and security best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B. Tech, M. Tech, MS, MBA, or an equivalent qualification.

- 3–5 years of overall professional experience.

- At least 2 years of experience implementing, shadowing, or supporting Cyber Ark PAM projects.

- Experience participating in at least two PAM engagements, covering requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support.

- Hands-on experience integrating Cyber Ark with Windows servers,



UNIX/Linux servers, databases, and network devices.

- Practical experience onboarding privileged accounts into Cyber Ark.

- Experience creating and managing Safes, platforms, CPM policies, password rotation, and password redistribution.

- Knowledge of Cyber Ark server health monitoring, troubleshooting, and availability management.

- Good understanding of PSM auto-detection scripts and CPM connector development.

- Knowledge of Cyber Ark Disaster Recovery (DR) and DNA.

- Familiarity with Cyber Ark components such as PSMP, OPM, AIM, EPM, Viewfinity, PACLI, and Password Upload Utility.

- Positive understanding of IT infrastructure and security technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, firewalls, VPN gateways, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), proxy servers, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Cyber Ark PAM technology certifications.

- Relevant information security or cybersecurity certifications.

- Experience working on enterprise-scale IAM/PAM implementation projects.
