SAP EWM Consultant

Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Consultant to lead the strategic implementation and optimization of our warehouse management ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary technical and functional authority, ensuring seamless alignment between our SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments and complex logistics operations. The position demands a professional capable of managing the full lifecycle of the Extended Warehouse Management module, from initial configuration to ongoing production support, while driving efficiency in inbound, outbound, and internal material flows.
Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive functional configuration for SAP EWM to tailor the system to specific business requirements.

- Facilitate the integration of WAMAS or alternative third-party Warehouse Management Systems with the core SAP platform.

- Oversee the testing, enhancement, and resolution of incidents to maintain system stability and performance.

- Manage day-to-day production support activities, ensuring adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and rapid troubleshooting for operational issues.





- Optimize end-to-end logistics processes, including dock appointment scheduling, staging, and dispatch operations.

- Streamline internal warehouse movements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational throughput.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Experience: 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in the IT Services sector, specifically within SAP EWM implementations and support.

- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in SAP EWM functional configuration and deep knowledge of SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration frameworks.

- System Integration: Hands-on experience integrating WAMAS or other third-party WMS solutions with SAP environments.

- Operational Knowledge: Robust command of inbound and outbound logistics, dock scheduling, staging, dispatch, and internal movement strategies.

- Support & Maintenance: Demonstrated ability in testing, system enhancements, incident management, and maintaining high-level production support with SLA compliance.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder communication skills combined with advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
