Senior .NET Technical Lead
Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application development, modernization, cloud transformation, and technical leadership. The role requires expertise in modern .NET, Azure, microservices, APIs, databases, Dev Ops, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

- Drive legacy .NET modernization, monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud migration.

- Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, standards, and best practices.

- Develop secure and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.

- Perform hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.

- Drive CI/CD, Dev SecOps, automated testing, and code quality.

- Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, Dev Ops, PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders.

- Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for complex technical challenges.

- Unit/Integration Testing, xUnit/NUnit, Sonar Qube

- Legacy .NET modernization and cloud migration

Preferred Skills

- React.js, Type Script, Java Script

- Event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS

- Terraform/Bicep, Git Hub Actions

- Oracle / IBM DB2

- Performance engineering and Dev SecOps

Experience & Qualifications

- 12+ years of overall .NET experience with 5+ years in a Technical Lead/technical leadership role.

- Robust experience leading development teams while remaining hands-on.

- Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
