We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Mandatory Skills
4+ years of hands-on experience in application/production support, IT operations, in rotational shift and/or on-call support models.
Strong understanding of incident management, prioritization, SLA-driven support, escalation processes, and shift handovers.
Experience using Service Now or similar ITSM tools for incident tracking and documentation.
Experience monitoring applications and interfaces, handling alerts, performing initial incident triage, and conducting service health checks.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, log analysis, technical evidence gathering, and identify the appropriate resolver group.
Working knowledge of middleware apps, HIS apps, interface and integration engines, database, and network/connectivity troubleshooting concepts.
Experience executing SOPs, runbooks, and standard recovery procedures.
Basic understanding of APIs, interfaces, batch/file processing and connectivity concepts.
Robust communication and coordination skills while working with L2/L3, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Experience supporting production environments in rotational shift and/or on-call support models.
Secondary / Cross-Skill Expectations – Cloud & AI Applications
Working knowledge/exposure to:
GCP / Cloud-native applications: Cloud Run, Cloud SQL/PostgreSQL, Pub/Sub,
Big Query and basic GCP monitoring/logging.
Python application support: Python, FastAPI or similar API frameworks; Quart awareness.
Web applications: React, Next.js and Type Script fundamentals for production troubleshooting.
API integration: REST APIs, Apigee/API Management and API connectivity troubleshooting.
Database: PostgreSQL/SQL fundamentals; PL/pgSQL awareness.
Containers/Dev Ops: Docker/container fundamentals and Git Hub/Git Hub Actions awareness.
AI/GenAI services: Basic exposure to Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI or AI-enabled application monitoring.
AI Agents: Awareness of Agent Engine, ADK and FastMCP/MCP concepts.
