Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Keeper to manage construction materials, maintain inventory records, and ensure the smooth functioning of store operations at commercial and residential construction sites. The candidate should have practical experience in material handling, stock management, documentation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of material inward and outward movements.

- Check and receive materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

- Maintain daily stock registers and inventory records.

- Issue materials to site teams as per requirements and maintain proper documentation.

- Ensure proper storage, safety, and organization of construction materials.

- Monitor stock levels and inform the purchase team about shortages.

- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material reports.

- Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams,



and site engineers.

- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the store area.

- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

- Update stock records and material movements using MS Excel or ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in construction projects.

- Experience working on commercial and residential building projects is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of construction material inventory and stock management.

- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

- Experience with GRN preparation, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

- Knowledge of material inward/outward registers and inventory documentation.

- Strong coordination and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage store operations efficiently.
