Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement employee lifecycle management strategies. Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and offboarding processes. Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience. Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in HR processes. Provide guidance and support to HR staff and managers. Handle employee relations and conflict resolution. Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators.
