Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager – Healthcare Staffing to lead and scale end-to-end delivery for US healthcare recruitment. This role is responsible for managing large delivery teams, ensuring SLA adherence, driving client satisfaction, and optimizing recruitment operations across multiple healthcare skill sets including clinical and non-clinical roles.

The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, deep US healthcare staffing domain knowledge, excellent client management skills, and a proven track record of delivering consistent results at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Operations:

- Own and manage end-to-end delivery for US healthcare staffing accounts (contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing).
- Ensure achievement of hiring targets, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue goals across accounts.
- Monitor and improve fill ratios, time-to-fill, submittals, interviews, and starts.
- Drive process standardization, best practices, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations (VMS/MSP guidelines, onboarding, credentialing, compliance).

Client Management:

- Act as the primary delivery escalation point for US-based clients.
- Partner with Sales and Account Managers to understand demand forecasts, priorities, and client expectations.
- Participate in business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning with clients.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve delivery challenges, and improve client satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor,



and manage large healthcare recruitment teams (Team Leads, Recruiters, Compliance/Credentialing teams).
- Drive high performance through goal setting, coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
- Build solid bench strength and leadership pipeline within delivery teams.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning for delivery functions.

Strategy & Growth:

- Support account expansion, new client transitions, and ramp-up of new healthcare programs.
- Collaborate with leadership on delivery strategy, workforce planning, and cost optimization.
- Analyze data and dashboards to identify trends, productivity gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive adoption of ATS, VMS tools, and automation to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

- 10–15+ years of experience in US Staffing, with 5+ years in Healthcare Staffing.
- Proven experience managing large-scale delivery teams (30–100+ recruiters).
- Strong understanding of US healthcare roles (IT, Allied, Nursing, Clinical, Non-Clinical).
- Hands-on experience with VMS/MSP environments.
- Excellent people management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience working with US clients across time zones.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to credentialing/compliance workflows.
- Experience in scaling delivery for multiple healthcare accounts.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.
- Prior experience in global delivery models (India–US).
