About you

Essential talents and qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s in accounting, finance, or a related field with 5–8 years of experience in analytical accounting within a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, Companies Act compliance, and corporate governance.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
- Experience in overseeing end-to-end finance operations and the administrative functions that support business growth, including vendor and contract management.
- Proven track record in process improvement and cost optimization projects.
- Ability to connect and network with colleagues and manage stakeholders at local and group level.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience with (implementing) MS Dynamics 365
