Hiring: Process Trainer International Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO Only)

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Shift: Versatile to Work in Night Shifts

Transport: Two-Way Cab up to 25 km OR 5,000 Transport Allowance, as per company policy

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and deliver training programs exclusively for the International Voice Process.
- Conduct TNI/TNA to identify skill gaps and improve employee performance.
- Deliver product and process training through classroom sessions and OJT.
- Train employees on communication skills, call handling, customer service, and quality standards.
- Monitor training KPIs, including Time to Train (TTT), assessment scores, and training effectiveness.




- Implement throughput improvement initiatives and support attrition reduction.
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve employee performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Trainer in an International Voice Process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of TNI/TNA, OJT, training metrics, and BPO processes.
- Must be willing to work from the Hyderabad office and accommodate night shifts.
- Immediate joiners only.

Note: Candidates with experience exclusively in domestic voice, non-voice, chat, email, back-office, or other processes are not eligible. International Voice Process training experience is mandatory.
