Job Description

NoBroker Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and target-driven Seller Business Development Associates (BDA) to join our Field Sales team.

The Seller BDA will be responsible for acquiring and engaging property owners, conducting field visits, showcasing properties, assisting buyers, and driving successful property transactions. Qualified leads will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet property owners and customers to facilitate property sales, rentals, and leases.
- Conduct property visits and accompany buyers during site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, and NoBroker services to customers.
- Coordinate property photoshoots and ensure accurate property information.
- Negotiate pricing between buyers and sellers to help close deals.
- Onboard property owners and promote premium service subscriptions where applicable.
- Visit commercial properties to collect owner details and explain NoBroker services.
- Upload property details through the NoBroker App or Google Forms.




- Maintain customer interactions and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

- Diploma or Graduation is mandatory.
- Smart Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of Field Sales experience can apply.
- Candidates should have robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements

- Two-wheeler/Bike and valid Driving Licence.
- Smartphone.
- Comfortable communicating in English along with at least one required regional language.
