- Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems across Development, Quality, Production, and Sandbox environments.
- Perform SAP kernel upgrades, support pack implementations, and system refresh activities.
- Monitor system health, performance, workload distribution, and background jobs.
- Manage SAP transport system (CTS/TMS) across landscapes.
- Maintain clients, users, authorizations, and security settings.
- Handle database administration activities in coordination with DB teams.
SAP RISE Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA environments running under SAP RISE.
- Coordinate with SAP cloud operations teams for infrastructure-related activities.
- Monitor SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations.
- Manage cloud connectivity, networking, and identity services.
- Support SAP Cloud ALM implementation and monitoring.
- Participate in cloud migration and landscape transformation projects.
