Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing agency sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our agency s digital marketing services. You will be working closely with the marketing and strategy teams to deliver tailored digital marketing solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Client Consultation: Understand clients business needs and propose relevant digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Content Marketing, etc.).
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to potential clients, explaining the agency s services and their benefits.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the negotiation process, close sales deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients,



ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing innovations to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and outcomes to management.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in sales within a digital marketing agency or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
