Job Title: Workday Techno-Functional Consultant
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–9 years of experience in Workday implementation, configuration, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Workday functional modules and technical capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR, Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Configure and support Workday modules based on business needs.
- Work on Workday HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Perks, Absence, Time Tracking, or Financial Management modules, depending on project requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Workday Web Services.
- Work with Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and custom reporting requirements.
- Support business process configuration, condition rules, validations, and security roles.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, data migrations, and system upgrades.
- Prepare functional specifications,



technical documentation, and user guides.

Required Skills

- 5–9 years of overall experience in Workday consulting.
- Strong techno-functional experience in Workday configuration and support.
- Hands-on experience with at least one Workday functional module, preferably HCM/Core HR.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
- Understanding of Workday security, data loads, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation or rollout projects.
- Exposure to Workday APIs, SOAP/REST web services, XML, and XSLT.
- Experience with Workday tenant management and release management.
- Workday certification in a relevant functional or technical area is an advantage.
