We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Notifications, and Workflows.
- Work extensively on ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, flows, and automation.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.
- Perform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization as required
