Position

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess student learning through assignments, tests, projects, and continuous evaluation.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and holistic development.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary students across all subjects.
- Follow and effectively implement the CBSE / IGCSE curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching resources, activities, and assessments.
- Use innovative and age-appropriate teaching methodologies to make learning interactive and effective.

Candidate Profile





- Passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Positive classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
- Relevant Bachelors/Masters degree and teaching qualification, as applicable.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
