Key Job Details
- Role: Technical Support Engineer
- Location: Hyderabad (24x7 Shift Support)
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
- Domain Focus: Pure Operational Enterprise SaaS, Cloud Software, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Energy, HealthTech, Telecom, and IT Services.
Mandatory Skill Requirements (Application-Side Focus)
- L2 Production & Application Support: Proven experience in SLA-driven incident management, ticket triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and production issue resolution.
- Databases & Querying: Hands-on expertise in SQL / Oracle / MS SQL for backend data validation, log investigation,
and running complex troubleshooting queries.
- Monitoring & Observability: Practical experience using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, AppDynamics, or ITRS Geneos.
- Integrations & Cloud: Exposure to REST APIs, JSON payload validation, Web Servers (Tomcat/IIS), and Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure).
- Scripting: Basic automation/troubleshooting using Shell scripting or Python.
- ITSM Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow or JIRA.
Strict Profile Exclusions & Eligibility
To ensure team alignment, please note the following non-negotiable criteria:
- No Banking / FinTech / Insurance (BFSI) Domain: Candidates from core banking, trade finance, loan processing, payment gateways, or insurance backgrounds will not be considered.
- No Pure Developer Profiles: This is a dedicated operational support role. Software development / developer profiles are excluded.
- No Network / Infrastructure / Hardware Support: Candidates whose primary background is in Network Engineering, System Administration, Hardware/Desktop Support, or Network Routing/Switching will not be shortlisted.
