- Lead business valuation engagements for M&A;, restructuring, corporate reorganizations, and financial and tax reporting.
- Perform valuations of holding companies, joint ventures, intercompany interests, and intangible assets.
- Develop detailed financial models and conduct secondary research and valuation analysis.
- Apply relevant accounting standards, including ASC 350, 718, 820, 805, and other applicable standards.
- Prepare and review valuation reports, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global teams and clients to deliver complex valuation projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Support business development, client relationships, and project management activities.
