Job Summary

Aerobe is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager South India to drive sales and business growth across the complete South India region.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and achieve sales targets across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Kerala.
- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions and corporate customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, HODs, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
- Manage distributors, dealers and channel partners across the region.

- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to product presentation, negotiation and closure.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify current business opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.




- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and MIS.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops and other business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal technical/application teams for product demonstrations and customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- 6-10 years of experience in Medical Devices / Medical Equipment / Healthcare / Hospital Equipment / Diagnostics sales.
- Strong experience in South India market.
- Experience in B2B / institutional / hospital sales preferred.
- Good network with hospitals, doctors and procurement teams.
- Strong distributor/channel management experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong business development and target-achievement track record.
- Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
