Job Title: Delivery Head Managed Services (BPO), HD Mapping Operations

Experience: 20+ years (with 5+ years leading large-scale managed services delivery)

Role Summary

The Delivery Head will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of HD Mapping managed services supporting ADAS and Autonomous Driving programs. This role owns operations, quality, cost, scale, and client satisfaction across large, multi-site teams delivering complex geospatial and annotation workflows.

The role requires a strong blend of operations leadership, HD map domain understanding, quality rigor, and automation-driven productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Delivery Ownership

- Own delivery of HD map production programs.
- Lead large-scale global teams (hundreds to thousands of FTEs) across multiple locations.
- Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs, quality targets, and throughput commitments.
- Drive predictable delivery in long-running, high-volume production programs.

2. Quality & Risk Management

- Establish and enforce robust quality frameworks, including:
- Defect taxonomy
- Quality gates
- Calibration and golden data
- Drive root-cause analysis and systemic fixes for recurring defects.
- Manage safety-critical quality standards aligned to ADAS/AV use cases.
- Own audit readiness, compliance, and data security governance.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary delivery leader for strategic clients.
- Lead executive reviews, QBRs, and roadmap discussions.
- Proactively manage changing specifications, scope evolution, and ambiguity.
- Partner with clients to balance speed, cost, and quality trade-offs.
- Support renewals, expansions, and change requests with strong data-backed narratives.

4. Productivity, Automation & Transformation

- Drive continuous productivity improvement through:
- Automation
- Human-in-the-loop AI
- Smart sampling and auto-QA

- Partner with technology and tooling teams to scale automation in production.
- Define and track productivity metrics at task, cohort, and site levels.




- Reduce manual dependency and rework through process and tool optimization.

5. Financial & Commercial Ownership

- Own delivery P&L;, cost management, and margin improvement.
- Understand and manage unit economics (e.g., cost per km, cost per feature).
- Model financial impact of spec changes, quality thresholds, and automation investments.
- Support commercial negotiations with delivery feasibility and cost models.

6. Talent & Leadership Development

- Build strong multi-layer leadership teams (Ops, Quality, Tech Ops).
- Develop specialist capability tracks for complex mapping scenarios.
- Drive engagement, retention, and skill progression in high-precision roles.
- Create a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement.

7. Change & Scale Management

- Lead large-scale transitions including:
- New tools and platforms
- New schemas and specifications
- Recent geographies or delivery models

- Manage scale-up and scale-down scenarios without compromising quality.
- Anticipate and mitigate operational risks and single points of failure.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must-Have

- 20+ years in operations / delivery leadership in managed services.
- Experience managing large-scale, multi-site delivery teams.
- Strong exposure to geospatial, mapping, annotation, or data operations.
- Proven track record in quality-driven, metrics-heavy delivery environments.
- Experience owning client relationships and executive-level governance.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L; ownership.

Nice-to-Have

- Experience supporting ADAS / Autonomous Vehicle programs.
- Familiarity with HD map concepts: LiDAR, point clouds, lane models, topology.
- Experience driving automation in human-in-the-loop workflows.
