Role & responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting: Assists with month-end closures, journal entries, Ind AS/AS financial statements, and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
- Taxation (Direct & Indirect): Prepares monthly GST returns, handles TDS/TCS computations, supports quarterly Advance Tax calculations, and assists with tax audits.
- FP&A; & MIS: Prepares daily/monthly MIS dashboards, conducts budget vs. actual variance analysis, and supports cost-center tracking.
- Treasury & Accounts: Prepares daily Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), verifies vendor invoices (3-way matching), and tracks aging for A/P & A/R.
- Audit & Controls: Acts as the primary point of contact for external/statutory auditors and conducts Internal Financial Controls (IFC/SOX) testing.
- Compliance: Assisting with secretarial documentation under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI/RBI regulations.
