About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, the ability to source suitable candidates, and a target-driven approach to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.




• Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Requirements
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Target-oriented mindset with good follow-up skills.
• Freshers with valuable communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.
• A laptop/computer and a stable internet connection are preferred.
