Company Description Aim Britz Study Abroad is a consultancy specializing in overseas education, supported by a team with firsthand study experience in the UK and Canada. Founded with a small team in London and India, the organization has grown to 45 core members and 20 online staff. Aim Britz focuses on preparing students for international studies through online mock interview sessions and personalized guidance. Since 2018, the consultancy has facilitated over 5000 visas, helping students pursue their academic goals abroad. Aim Britz has been recognized in the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for hosting the largest overseas education seminar, highlighting its impact and reach in the study abroad sector. Role Description The Student Counselor will provide end-to-end guidance to students exploring study opportunities abroad, including initial consultations, course and country selection, and application support. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission and visa processes, coordinating mock interviews, and maintaining accurate student records. The role involves regular communication with students and families, responding to inquiries, and offering timely follow-up to ensure a smooth admission journey. The Student Counselor will collaborate with colleagues to support seminars, webinars,



and outreach activities, and may assist with documentation review and basic administrative tasks. This is a full-time, in office role based in Thiruvananthapuram. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners on suitable courses, institutions, and destinations.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, for effective interaction with students and families.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and provide a supportive experience throughout the admission process.
• Candidates should possess a good understanding of Education pathways and international study processes, including basic knowledge of admission and visa requirements.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in overseas education or counseling, familiarity with UK and Canadian education systems, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with common office and online communication tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields, is highly desirable.
