Key Responsibilities
• Connect with nurses and working professionals to understand their career aspirations and goals.
• Counsel candidates on overseas employment opportunities in Germany and Japan.
• Explain international career prospects, growth opportunities, lifestyle, and financial benefits.
• Promote and sell German language training programs to interested candidates.
• Generate conversions through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and regular follow-ups.
• Manage leads, maintain accurate candidate records, and update CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Build solid relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support candidates throughout the process.
