JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced AR Callers – US Healthcare / Medical Billing to join our team in Airoli and Saki Naka, Mumbai. Candidates must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling and insurance claim follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform AR Calling to US insurance companies for outstanding claims.
* Handle insurance follow-ups, claim status inquiries and payment posting-related queries.
* Manage denied, rejected, pending and unpaid claims.
* Work on denial management, claim resolution and accounts receivable follow-ups.
* Understand EOBs, ERAs and Explanation of Perks, where applicable.




* Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.
* Meet daily productivity, quality and collection targets. REQUIRED SKILLS
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.
* Knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable.
* Experience in Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management and Claims Resolution.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
