Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support role based in Mumbai. The Sales Support professional will assist the sales and operations teams with day-to-day freight forwarding activities, including preparing quotations, tracking shipments, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely updates on freight status, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners. The individual will support export processes,



help resolve service issues, and contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships. The position requires proactive follow-up on leads, regular reporting to the sales team, and adherence to company procedures and industry regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forwarding and Export operations.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and partners.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working with documentation and data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
