1–3 years Employment Type: Full-time About Ostello Ostello is a live-learning marketplace connecting learners with expert educators for personalised, one-on-one learning experiences. We help learners improve their communication skills and achieve their learning goals through live sessions with expert educators. We are looking for a proactive Revenue Operations Executive who can manage revenue tracking, speak directly with learners, collect feedback, convert trial users into paying customers, and drive repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities
1. Learner Calling & Feedback Call learners after their trial sessions to understand their experience and collect feedback. Speak with learners about educator quality, session experience, learning progress, and concerns. Identify dissatisfied learners and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve their issues. Maintain feedback records and identify recurring learner problems. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure learners are satisfied with their learning experience. 2. Sales & Package Conversions Call learners who have attended trial sessions but have not purchased a learning package. Understand learner requirements, explain suitable packages, address objections, and help close sales. Follow up with interested learners through calls and WhatsApp. Re-engage inactive leads and learners who showed purchase intent but did not complete payment. Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline to minimise missed sales opportunities. 3. Renewals & Repeat Revenue Contact learners before they exhaust their purchased sessions. Encourage learners to renew or purchase their next package based on their learning needs.



Follow up with learners who have completed their packages or stopped attending sessions. Identify opportunities to increase repeat purchases and improve learner retention. 4. Revenue Operations & Reporting Track daily calls, connected learners, feedback collected, follow-ups, sales closures, and renewals. Maintain accurate records of leads, trial users, purchase status, pending payments, and learner concerns. Prepare daily and weekly revenue reports. Analyse trial-to-purchase conversion rates and identify reasons for lost sales. Coordinate with marketing, educators, and the operations team to improve the learner journey. 5. Payment Follow-ups Contact learners with pending payments and send timely reminders. Coordinate with the finance or operations team to resolve payment-related issues. Ensure payment status and package activation records are accurate. Required

Skills:
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, telecalling, sales operations, or revenue operations. Robust verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Confidence in handling sales conversations, objections, feedback calls, and follow-ups. Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools. Ability to manage daily calling targets and sales conversion targets. Data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and learner satisfaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of successful learner conversations and feedback calls. Trial-to-paid conversion rate. Revenue generated from package sales. Number of successful renewals and repeat purchases. Follow-up completion rate and lead reactivation. Learner satisfaction and issue-resolution rate. Accuracy of CRM records and daily reports. •
