Role Description The Neural System and Intelligence Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing neural architectures and intelligent systems that power Codagram X ShunyAi’s educational and AI-driven products. The developer will work closely with educators, product managers, and data teams to translate learning requirements into scalable AI solutions, build and evaluate models, and integrate them into production environments. Daily activities include experimenting with new algorithms, implementing pipelines for data preprocessing and model training, monitoring system performance, and documenting technical designs and research findings.



The role also requires collaboration in code reviews, contributing to architectural decisions, and supporting continuous improvement of AI features that enhance learner experience and personalization. Qualifications
• Robust skills in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, including experience with neural network architectures and model optimization.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (and optionally C++ or Java), with experience using ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience in data processing and analysis, including working with large datasets, feature engineering, and evaluation metrics for AI and ML models.
• Knowledge of applied AI domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, or generative AI is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and document work in a structured, reproducible manner.
• Interest in education technology and a commitment to building responsible, inclusive, and learner-centric intelligent systems.
