Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader (BPO) role based in Chandigarh. The Team Leader will oversee a team of BPO associates, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and service standards. Responsibilities include monitoring calls and workflows, providing regular feedback and coaching, handling escalations, and supporting team members in meeting performance targets. The role involves preparing reports, coordinating with management, and helping implement process improvements. The Team Leader will also contribute to training new hires, fostering a positive work culture,



and ensuring alignment with company policies and customer service expectations. Requirement
• Experience in BPO operations, including team handling, performance monitoring, and escalation management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills, with familiarity in using spreadsheets and CRM or call-center tools.
• Customer service orientation, with the ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Associate in a BPO or contact center environment is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Chandigarh and manage flexible shifts if required.
• Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree; additional certifications in management or customer service are an advantage.
• Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to ethical and inclusive workplace practices.
