Experience:
3–5 Years | Contractual Hiring / US IT Recruitment ? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✅ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / Contractual Hiring ✅ Prior experience working with Infosys / Beeline is highly preferred ✅ Solid experience handling W2 requirements through Implementation Partners ✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US-native candidates ✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job portals ✅ Good understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes ✅ Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models ✅ Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation,



and candidate management skills ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment ? YOUR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage and fulfill W2 requirements received through Implementation Partners ? Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals across multiple technologies ? Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-ups ? Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Vendors & Implementation Partners ? Work extensively on job portals and LinkedIn to identify top talent ? Maintain recruitment trackers, submission reports, and daily activity reports ?
