Job title: Co-Founder & CEO (Equity-Based)

About AiEcosystem is building an inclusive, all-in-one ecosystem designed to empower founders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals across generations. By bringing multiple essential services together under one umbrella and making them accessible in users’ preferred languages, we aim to simplify entrepreneurship, break down language barriers, and create opportunities for everyone to succeed. The opportunity This is not a job; it is a business to own. You will hold majority ownership (up to 97% equity) and full authority over product, hiring, fundraising and operations. The current founder stays on as a minority shareholder and will not run day-to-day operations. What you will do Build and launch
• Own the product vision and roadmap; take the prototype to a production-ready launch within 90 days.
• Build the MVP yourself with AI and no-code tools, or hire and manage a CTO, developers and designer.
• Define pricing and plans, launch the paid product, and improve it from user feedback. Raise money
• Build the pitch deck, financial model and data room.
• Raise pre-seed or seed capital from angels, VCs, accelerators and grants.
• Manage investor relations and reporting after the raise. Build the team
• Hire and lead the first 5–10 people across product, engineering, growth, support and regional-language content.




• Set up hiring, ESOPs, culture and OKRs Run the company
• Run day-to-day operations, budgets, runway and monthly burn.
• Handle incorporation, GST, Startup India registration, contracts and data-privacy compliance.
• Manage vendors, tools and AI/API costs. Grow
• Build user acquisition across Indian languages and regions through partnerships, communities and content. NJN
• Track activation, retention, revenue and unit economics every week Report
• Share monthly progress, financial and cap-table updates with the founding shareholder. What we are looking for Must-have
• 8+ years in startups, product, growth or business leadership.
• Founded or co-founded at least one company.
• Launched a software product with real users.
• Raised funding before, or a strong investor network (10+ contacts).
• Hired and led a team.
• Hands-on with AI tools, or experience managing AI product development.
• Full time commitment and savings to go 6+ months without a salary. Nice to have
• Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS or creator-economy products.
• Professional fluency in 2+ Indian languages.
• Experience with incubators, accelerators or Startup India schemes.
• A network among first-generation founders and MSMEs. What you get
