Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chiller Plant Operator role based in Mumbai. The Chiller Plant Operator will monitor and operate chiller plant equipment, including compressors, pumps, cooling towers, and associated mechanical systems. Daily responsibilities include checking system parameters, recording operating data, adjusting controls for optimal performance, and responding to alarms and technical issues. The role also involves carrying out routine inspections, basic preventive maintenance, coordinating with maintenance teams for repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.



The operator will work closely with supervisors and other plant personnel to maintain smooth plant operations and minimize downtime. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Plant Operations and Machine Operation for chiller and related mechanical systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance and Quality Control to ensure reliable and efficient plant performance.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation or similar material-handling skills for secure movement of equipment and supplies, if required.
• Relevant technical qualification in mechanical, refrigeration, or industrial engineering (diploma or certification) is preferred.
• Knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC processes, and safety standards in industrial environments is beneficial.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings, operating manuals, and log sheets, with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to operational emergencies as needed.
