Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations Manager role based in Pokaran. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of solar and renewable assets in line with company standards and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, coordinating maintenance activities, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing operational improvements to optimize output and minimize downtime. The role involves close collaboration with project, engineering, and HSE teams, managing vendors and contractors, and ensuring adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.



The Operations Manager will also prepare operational reports, support budgeting and resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Qualifications
• Solid operations management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of plant activities.
• Experience with renewable energy or power plant operations, preferably utility-scale solar or related EPC/O&M; environments.
• Competence in performance monitoring, data analysis, and use of digital tools or SCADA systems for operational decision-making.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, with a track record of enforcing safety protocols on-site.
• Team leadership and people management skills, including supervision of technical staff and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Vendor and contractor management capabilities, including negotiation, coordination, and quality oversight.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to document procedures, prepare dashboards, and present operational updates.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification; advanced certifications in renewable energy or operations are a plus.
• Relevant experience in site-based roles, with willingness to work in office in Pokaran and travel locally as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or asset management
