Role Description The College Coordinator Intern will support outreach and engagement activities with colleges and universities to promote NexCoder Academy’s AI programs. This remote internship role involves coordinating with student bodies and faculty, scheduling and assisting in online info sessions, and maintaining communication channels for ongoing partnerships. The intern will help organize campus-level marketing initiatives, collect and report feedback from students,



and collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing contact lists, preparing basic communication materials, tracking responses and leads, and ensuring timely follow-up with interested students and institutions. The role offers practical exposure to EdTech operations, stakeholder coordination, and education marketing in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. Qualifications
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and college stakeholders.
• Basic organizational and coordination abilities, including managing schedules, contact databases, and follow-up activities.
• Interest in education, technology, and AI, with a willingness to learn about NexCoder Academy’s programs and offerings.
• Comfort using common digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, presentation software, and online meeting platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setup while meeting timelines.
• Current college student or recent graduate, preferably in fields such as business, marketing, communications, or technology.
• Prior experience in student clubs, campus ambassador programs, or event coordination is an advantage but not required.
