Role Description The Sales Professional – Medical Equipment (Healthcare Sector) will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India, and includes regular visits to clients, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to close sales opportunities. The role involves identifying current business prospects, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting assigned sales targets. The Sales Professional will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate product information, pricing, and after-sales support, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of medical equipment and healthcare market trends. Documentation of sales activities, preparation of reports, and participation in marketing or training events are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote the medical device to the government healthcare authorities and institutions.




• Establish and expand partnerships across government institutions CMO offices, medical colleges, hospitals, labs, etc.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), government authorities, CMOs.
• Track Government Tenders related to Medical Equipment/Devices regularly
• Visit CMO offices and other government healthcare institutions to build strong business relationship
• Lead contract negotiations with government healthcare bodies.
• Create and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing regular updates to the Commercial Team. We are looking for a candidate who is:
• Handle lead generation, tender follow-ups & ensure timely deliveries
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel and consistently meet targets
• Familiarity with GeM portal and public health procurement is a plus point
