• Growth strategy: getting our first users and scaling city by city
• Marketing, brand and content across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Partnerships with creators, community admins and brands
• Paid ads and performance tracking once we launch
• Day-to-day operations as the team grows You might be a fit if you have
• At least 2–3 years of experience in growth, marketing or social media, ideally at a consumer app or startup
• Grown something real: a community,
a page, a product or a customer base
• Robust business sense and comfort with numbers
• Confidence on calls and on camera
