The ideal candidate will guide candidates through the recruitment process, explain suitable career opportunities, and maintain effective communication to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Roles & Responsibilities
• Connect with candidates and understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Explain relevant job opportunities and growth opportunities prospects.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and interview process.
• Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.




• Build positive relationships with candidates and provide timely updates.
• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive candidate experience. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain candidate relationships.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or US staffing is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Eligibility
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, career counselling, sales, or customer service will be preferred.
• Willingness to work in a US shift and from the Ahmedabad office.
